We are inviting you to one week of yoga and active holiday, relaxation and a great fun retreat. Yoga, meditation, healthy nutrition and hiking trips are just few activities we

have to offer.

The group of just 4 to 8 people will be encouraged to open up to each other and to themselves. Our retreat is both a short training that will help you to get started to walk on spiritual path as well as a great way to relax, meet new people and just have a fun and active holiday!

 

Our experienced and caring team will provide you with personal service to ensure your stay is comfortable, pleasurable and effortless.

Our extensive local knowledge ensures you will enjoy the best authentic sights, flavors and experiences.

We host small groups only, 4-10 participants, so we can fully devote ourselves to making this Yoga holiday an enriching, enchanting and delightfully charming experience.

Yoga

 

You will able to attend morning yoga classes every day. While strengthening physical body, your will be balancing your mind simultaneously. Professional yoga teacher is leading the sessions and helping you to improve.

Yoga and meditation classes in our retreat are suitable for everyone, from a beginner to an experienced yogi. We practice fusion of various styles, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, elements of Kundalini and use breathing techniques such as Pranayama in the classes. Each session has time devoted to meditation, self awareness and consciousness.

 

Daily yoga classes

 

The morning session will be an energizing, dynamic 1.5 hours of yoga practice to start your day, including Surya Namaskar (Sun salutations).

 

The 1 hour evening session is designed with a more restorative,

calmer approach to end your day and to reflect on it.

Think Pranayama, restorative, Yoga Nidra.

 

Please note that our program is adaptable to any age or level

from beginners to advanced; we will share knowledge, create

and adapt our classes in such a way that it will satisfy each

individual needs so that it is comfortable, safe and supports

development.

 

You will be able to learn more about yoga, meditation and other techniques during the week and the teacher will be there to answer all your questions at any time.

 

All yoga holiday participants will fill out questionnaires which will allow us to prepare sufficiently and be aware of the yoga experience as well as health conditions of the group.

 

We have our yoga classes outside, but if on some days the weather does not allow it we will practice yoga indoors.

 

All yoga classes and the entire holiday will be conducted in English.

 

 

Tea time and reflections each evening

Our schedule is designed in a way that every day is a new experience. At the evening tea time you can discuss and reflect on the experience that you had throughout the day.

 

Food

 

You will be enjoying 3 x per day a healthy, seasonal, organic vegetarian/vegan/raw food along with freshly prepared healthy, homemade raw snack delights, detox juices and evening herbal tea. Our experienced chef who’s true love and deep knowledge of healthy foods is exceptional and he always loves to share it with the participants, will concentrate on nutritional, healthy value of the locally grown fresh mediterranean food and will be spoiling you with delicious, nutritious meals, with a Mediterranean touch.

Fruit and vegetables served during your stay will be a locally-grown, seasonal, organic foods from a small local ecological farms and gardens, combined with mediterranean freshly picked herbs.

Bread will be homemade using ecological flour and the cheese will be supplied by a local goat farmers. We use the cold pressed extra virgin ecological olive oil from Korcula.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Food served will be vegetarian,vegan and raw but since we are on the Mediterranean coast with its fresh catch-of-the-day, fish and seafood can be occasionally served upon your request or during the culinary tour.

Daily trips and tours around the Korcula island

Visits to Korcula town, island's secluded beaches and bays, hiking through unspoiled wild nature of the island, culinary tours and if you feel like exploring more – we can always offer you amazing options for just a little extra!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Excursion

During the retreat we’ll invite you not only practice yoga, meditation and other body and mind therapy forms, but also explore the beautiful island of Korcula, neighboring peninsula of Peljesac and a national natural park of island Mljet with its salt lakes and a Benedictine monastery.

We will start a day with freshly squeezed detox juice at 7:30

8:00- 9:30 Morning Yoga class

9:30 Breakfasts

From 11:00 daily activities, tours and/or free time until 17:45 (in between lunch will be served around 13:30)

17:45-18:45 Evening Yoga class

19:00 Diner

20:00 Tea time and reflection

 

Each evening your next day schedule with activities, tours, excursions will be brought to your room or will be given to you during a tea time. You don't have to take care of anything, you can just relax and we will take care of everything for you.
